“The Moorland Heating did a good job of servicing our Worcester Bosch boiler. Very polite, very efficient and replaced everything as it was when he arrived. Only problem is I have to remind them every year to come and service the boiler. We didn’t have to do this in the early years, [they have serviced our boiler for years], but now we have to chase them to come and service the boiler. Other than that, very happy.”

“Exceptional service. We contacted Moorland Heating after being left without water for 3 days by the company our insurance company provided. The service we received from the first call was brilliant and very efficient. One of the team turned up within the hour and after a very short time had diagnosed the problem and provided a route to solution. A new part was obtained within 2.5 hours of my first call everything was fixed. From the lady who first took our call through to the two chaps that came and sorted the problem, everyone was so helpful, a breath of fresh air in the current climate, Thank You all so much. “I booked for Moorland Heating to come and look at my boiler as it was leaking and not functioning correctly. They talked me through all the options and I decided to replace the boiler. I was really impressed with the fitting service, attention to detail and care for my home was amazing. Mats were put down to protect my floors and surfaces and the staff member kept me in the loop throughout the day. He explained everything clearly on completion and answered all my questions.
