Moorland Heating were entrusted with a comprehensive range of services, including Plumbing, Boiler Replacement, and Central Heating at the Plymouth Marine Centre in Pomphlett Quay, Plymouth.
The Challenge
For this Plumbing & Central Heating project at the Plymouth Marine Centre, we were tasked with improving the existing heating system. This involved upgrading the boiler, adding radiators, and installing two additional WCs.
The Solution
We installed a Vaillant ecoTEC Exclusive 43kW Condensing Boiler with a Vaillant WB40 Low-Loss Header and Light Commercial Pump. Additionally, we fitted four radiators in the offices and eight decorative radiators in the showroom.
We also installed two WCs in the showroom area, which involved creating studwork partitioning to conceal all pipework, adding decorative multi-panels in both WCs, and installing wall-hang WCs and basins.
The Results
This Plumbing, Boiler Replacement, and Central Heating project at the Plymouth Marine Centre was successfully completed to a high-end specification over the course of four weeks, showcasing our team’s efficiency and expertise.
