What is Your Job Title at Moorland Heating, and What Does Your Role Involve?
Office Administrator and I help with the running of the company from within the office.
How Long Have You Been Working at Moorland Heating?
I started working for Moorland Heating in 2013, working from a small space in the roof of Brendan’s garage!
What Does Your Typical Day at MH Look Like?
My day starts by checking emails and being aware of everyone’s workload for the day. I then spend a lot of time raising invoices, doing banking, and ensuring all the ‘behind the scenes’ work is completed. Throughout the day, I answer the phone, respond to emails, book customer appointments, help organise the logistics in and out of the office, and generally ensure that customers’ requests are carried out.
Describe Your Favourite Part of Your Job Role.
I mostly enjoy speaking to customers and the Moorland Team on a daily basis!
What Gives You the Most Job Satisfaction?
Receiving phone calls from happy customers!
How Do You Like to Relax Outside of Work? Any Hobbies?
I like to spend my time watching live music and attending music festivals as much as I enjoy a relaxing Spa Day. I also enjoy socialising with friends, and a lot of my spare time in the week is spent going to gym classes.
Where is Your Favourite Holiday Destination, and Why?
I have been lucky enough to visit different parts of the world, but if I had to pick a favourite place, it would be Turkey or Cyprus, simply because they are beautiful places to visit to relax, unwind, and enjoy the sunshine.
What is Your Favourite Random Object Within the Moorland Heating Offices and Why?
